At LVHMedia we handle your personal data with care. This policy explains what data we collect via lvhmedia.be, why we do so and what rights you have.
LVHMedia is the business of Liam van Herk, registered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0792.451.990. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this policy.

Via the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're enquiring about and your message.
If you're a client: the data needed to prepare a quote, carry out the project and invoice it, such as company name, address and VAT number.
Technical data: when you visit the website, the server records limited technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure and working.
We only use your data to answer your request and make a proposal, to carry out and invoice an assignment, to meet our legal (accounting) obligations and to keep the website running securely.
We do so on the basis of performing a contract or the steps leading up to it, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website. We never send you newsletters or advertising without your explicit consent.
Requests via the contact form that don't lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Client and invoice data are kept as long as the law requires, currently 10 years.
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our services, such as our hosting provider, email provider and accountant, and only as far as necessary. We make agreements with these parties about secure and confidential processing.
We show videos on the website via YouTube (Google). When you watch a video, YouTube may process data according to its own privacy policy. We load fonts from our own server, not via Google.
LVHMedia itself only places functional cookies that are needed for the website to work properly. Embedded YouTube videos may place YouTube cookies. You can delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings.
The website uses a secure connection (SSL). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to liam@lvhmedia.be. We'll reply within one month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
